Everyone can feel nervios or anxious time to time,for instance, when going through financial difficulty,when we have a difficult situation,when speaking in public...so anxiety is a normal human emotion that everybody experiences at times. But the problem starts when anxiety becomes something frequent in people's life. I had anxiety two years ago and it was very difficult to me,for example: once in a while,when I had to do any exam I couldn't sleept at night,I began to tremble and sometimes I couldn't even breath. What can you do when anxiety impedes you to live normally? What is the solution? 

The firts thing that people usually think is: '' I can controle it by my own'', and yes, this is a possible solution.The mental control can be a possibility: you can try to isolated thinking about other things, y try to breath more slowly and keep calm. From my view point it can be a good idea when your attacks aren't strong enough, but when worry and fear are constant and overwhelming one person should consider other alternatives.

Panic disorder,problems sleeping,Heart palpitations,feelings fear and uneasiness... what are you supposed to do when you have an inability to be still and calm? And what happen if you can't controle it? Other solution to this can be ''natural remedies'',There are many safe nondrug remedies for anxiety: chamomile or green tea might help calm you down,and also 
some herbal supplements reduce anxiety without making you sleepy like valerian and lemon balm.Unfortunately,If you anxiety starts to be more hard, theses remedies can't be enough.


Probably the last solution would be drugs:orfidal,diacepan... all theses pills are very effective but you can become dependent, imagine that you can't sleep without medicaments, that you can't be fine and relax without them, it would be a problem but some people have no choice so they have to  run the risk.


Lastly,to conclude, It's noteworthy to mention that often you can't control your own thinking,namely, you can't fight against your mind,for this reason I consider that anxiety is a very difficult problem and usually it can determine our lifes.

    So... is there any solution? I like your article very much but it is a bit pessimistic, isn't it? What about trying to run away from stress, forget about everything and embrace nature as a free human being : ) (just an idea)
